Furry Tales International is a group of volunteers from US that dedicate their time and resources to rescue and find forever homes for the pets in need. Many countries around the world have an abundance of stray pets on the streets and in the overflowing shelters. These helpless dogs and cats have no hope for adoption and many of them get put down without ever feeling loved. Currently we have hundreds of pets on our rescue list. Some are here and ready to be adopted today, others await their turn in the foster homes in different countries. Perhaps, you would be interested in saving a life and gaining a best furry friend? We are looking for caring, patient and responsible families to adopt or foster our dogs and cats. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for volunteers to transport our doggies to their new homes! You can be a part of this amazing and rewarding experience. We typically have 2-5 arrivals scheduled each month either to JFK or Washington DC airport. Some arrivals are on weekdays, some on the weekends, but we are always in need of more helping hands! One of our team members will accompany or meet you at the airport. Once our flight volunteer delivers the doggies, we feed and walk them, get them comfortable in the car and head out for their new home! Together with our team you will see them meeting their families and start their new life in the US! Please, consider spending a day to help our rescue! All travel expenses reimbursed.
